Vinny, just becasue you are incapable of capping mid-major conferences doesn't mean others aren't. And as I've said numerous times, the reason I did it this way was because it ties in nicely with the # of rounds we need to cut the field down, and the cool idea of capping a whole tournament as opposed to just capping a certain # of games a day.
